The software is extremely easy to install. You will not need to hire a consultant
to install this software. We designed this software for even the first-time computer
user to be able to install the software easily.
Is the software easy
to use?
Yes. The screens are extremely intuitive and on-line help is always only a click
away.
What version
of Windows and what type of computer do I need to run the software?
The software is designed to run on Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP or
Windows Vista. If your computer can support either of the above operating systems,
it will support Smart Auto Shop.
Can I purchase
the hardware from you?

Do I need to purchase
a computer from you or can I use my own?
If you own a computer that is running Windows 2000, Windows ME or Windows XP,
you can use this computer for Smart Auto Shop.

Yes, once you purchase the software, if you would like to download it, we will

What types of support
do you provide?
We emphasize our #1 Customer Service. As a customer, you will have access to our
Online Knowledgebase and Support Center which is open 24hrs per day, 7 days per
week.
You may also use our new RemoteHelp service which will allow a technician to directly
work with your computer for training, setup, etc. It's like having a computer
consultant on staff.
