Is the software
easy to install?
The software is very easy to install. You will not need to hire a consultant to
install this software. We designed this software for even the first-time
computer user to be able to install the software easily using the Install Wizard
that will guide you through the basic install steps.
Is the software easy
to use?
Yes. The screens are extremely intuitive and to get you started we include one
free Remote Help session as well as six month free web based support.
What version
of Windows and what type of computer do I need to run the software?
The software is designed to run on Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows
Vista and Windows 7. If your computer can support either of the above operating
systems, it will support Smart Salon Manager 2010. You can also use this
software on a MAC computer if you install a Boot Camp Download provided by
Macintosh.
Can I purchase
the hardware from you?
Yes you can. We have several options on our hardware page that you can review
and we do our best to make sure that you are getting the best price possible on
all of your hardware needs.
Do I need to purchase
a computer from you or can I use my own?
If you own a computer that is running Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP,
Windows Vista, or Windows 7, you can use this computer for Smart Salon Manager.
Can I pay for the software
online?
Yes, you can pay for the software here.
Can I download
the software?
Yes, you can download the demo from the demo’s page on our website and once you
pay for the software and are given your account information, you can install any
updates that are available so that you will be using the latest version
available.

What types of support
do you provide?
We emphasize our #1 Customer Service. As a customer, you will have access to our
Online Knowledgebase and Support Center which is open 24hrs per day, 7 days per
week.
You may also use our new RemoteHelp service which will allow a technician to directly
work with your computer for training, setup, etc. It's like having a computer
consultant on staff.
