Support and Training We realize that, as a Salon owner, you really should not need
a degree in computer science in order to run your salon software. This is why
we made Smart Salon Manager very easy to use. In fact, the vast majority of
our customers do not require any help from us beyond obtaining their initial
activation code. That is how easy our software is to use!
But, in case you do require some help, we provide free and inexpensive support
options so that you can easily get help from our technicians.
Technical support is provided in a variety of ways. If you are experiencing
problems, you can log into our Customer Support Center, which is open 24 hrs
a day/7 days a week. There, you can:
- Submit a support ticket to communicate directly to an expert technician.
- Request a RemoteHelp Session. A technician will connect to your computer
directly while you watch. It’s like having your own computer consultant!
- Search the knowledgebase for an answer to your question.
- Purchase telephone support.
- Free upgrades. While your support is in effect, you have full access to
free minor upgrades.
We provide you access to training videos that show you how to accomplish routine tasks.
Also, we can provide you with literal ‘hand-holding’ via Remote Help. Using RemoteHelp, our technicians can connect to your computer and show you exactly how to accomplish different tasks.
